‘Love Sick’: So good you won’t want to be well
“Love Sick” is a woman’s story, and Daniel does most of the narration, flanked by a quartet of Women of Jerusalem (Deborah Del Mastro, Aleksandra Dubov, Bekka Fink and Regina Morones) who evoke the snippy, gossipy vibe and the restrictive gender norms of Tirzah’s neighborhood.
